Role Overview
This position is responsible for handling a variety of job creation duties, administrative duties, and operational support duties in the National Installation and Operations Support division.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to train, mentor, and coach new and less-experienced installation administrators.
- Responsible to create and review all jobs to ensure projects are completed on-time and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
- Ability to create and update Work Orders including pertinent details and accurate information.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timeline constraints.
- Possess a basic understanding of security systems and equipment for accurate job and Work Order creation/review.
- Ability to configure a security system proposal based on a verbal or written client request.
- Responsible for updating internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
- Ability to work with Sales and other departments professionally to ensure accurate information and a good client experience before installations begin.
- Possess a basic understanding of phases of construction, code/license requirements, and permitting process where it relates to job and Work Order creation.
- Responsible for updating internal tracking reports and pulling accurate reports upon request.
- Assist with moderate to high level data and administrative requests as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five years of UAS Installation experience, or equivalent experience.
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.
Work Requirements:
Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
